Flowal Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Flowal's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Flowal provides a membership-based recovery program for YouTube creators, including:

- Real-time monetization monitoring and alerts
- AI tools to help creators appeal and understand YouTube's policies more effectively
- YouTube income protection (subject to eligibility and internal review)

Our services are intended to support creators experiencing disruptions due to false positive policy enforcement actions by platforms such as YouTube or AdSense (when the latter impacts YouTube's earnings).

3. Membership and Payments

Membership fees are billed annually based on your selected plan. We bill annually to:

- Protect the integrity and sustainability of the program
- Reduce misuse or abuse of financial benefits
- Provide reliable and fast assistance when eligible claims are approved

All plans come with a 60-day money-back guarantee, provided that the member has not claimed any income protection during that period. After the first 60 days, or once a claim has been made, all fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

4. Income Protection

Income protection is discretionary financial support provided to eligible members whose channels experience income interruption due to false positive policy enforcement (e.g., YPP suspensions, AdSense account disabled, or channel termination due to community guidelines enforcement).

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for payouts, you must:

- Be on an active, paid membership plan
- Complete a 30-day waiting period after signup
- Have a minimum of 3 months of stable monetization before the disruption
- Successfully resolve the issue through a platform-approved appeal
- Have no repeated violations of the same policy in the last 12 months
- The disruption must be due to a false positive policy enforcement issue that we cover — not caused by factors outside this scope (e.g., CO transfers, platform bugs, or technical errors)
- Your YouTube channel must be connected to Flowal through the API at the time of the request

Eligibility is verified using your connected YouTube account data.

Payout Calculation:

If approved, payouts are calculated based on:

- Your membership tier
- The length of the disruption
- Your channel's views during the demonetization period
- A winsorized mean of your last 90 days of YouTube earnings or RPM
- Internal program guidelines and caps

This method ensures fairness and program sustainability.

Request Process:

To submit a request:

1. Click "New Request" in your Flowal dashboard
2. Provide:
- Type of disruption (e.g., YPP suspension, Channel termination, AdSense account disabled)
- Dates of disruption
- Cited policy
- Proof of enforcement (e.g., UI screenshots, email notifications from platform, email threads with support team, etc.)

Requests will be reviewed promptly by Flowal's internal team.

What's Not Covered:

Flowal's income protection does not cover:

- Copyright channel termination
- AdSense account suspension
- Demonetization due to Content Owner (CO) transfers
- AdSense association changes
- Platform bugs or technical errors
- Channel hijacking or takeovers
- Repeated violations of the same policy in the last 12 months
- Video demonetization or removal

Payouts are not guaranteed.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account and login credentials
- Comply with YouTube channel monetization policies, YouTube spam policies, AdSense program policies, YouTube terms of service, AdSense for YouTube terms of service, and YouTube community guidelines
- Follow Flowal's program guidelines, eligibility standards, and claim procedures

6. Limitations of Liability

Flowal's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of membership fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not responsible for:

- Platform decisions or policy changes by YouTube or AdSense
- Any loss beyond the scope of approved payouts for income protection

7. Termination

Flowal memberships require a 12-month commitment. You may cancel your membership renewal at any time, but your current annual term will remain active until the end of the commitment period.

Members may terminate their membership and request a refund only within the first 60 days, provided they have not used claimed any income protection. After this period, early termination is not permitted, and membership fees are non-refundable, even if services are not used.

Upon termination:

- Access to services and claim submission will cease
- These terms will continue to apply to any pending matters or obligations

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted to our website and effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of Flowal's services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
